In 2010 Plywood Components merged with Pasquier Panel Products, the two companies have a combined experience of more than 150 years in the wood working industry. Pasquier Panel and Plywood Components are your source for superior-quality plywood, particleboard, MDF and hardboard products, milled locally in the heart of the Northwest. In our 105,000 SF facility, materials are shaped and sized to exact specifications, from 2″ square to super panels of up to 10′ wide and thicknesses from 1/4″ to over 2-1/2″. Besides fabrication, our professional staff can assemble your product, or package it for assembly in convenient kit format that includes screws, brackets and other elements.

At Plywood Components, Inc., we are a premier source for custom plywood, particleboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and hardboard products. We operate a modern, 105,000 square foot facility in a location with convenient access to a variety of inbound and outbound freight transportation options. All of our hardwoods are milled locally here in the Northwestern United States, and our capabilities are backed up our 150-year heritage in the woodworking industry.

With our diversified, multi-generational workforce and apprenticeship programs, we bridge the gap between old world craftsmanship and automated, computer-controlled technologies to furnish products of the highest quality. Along with casework and furniture parts, including cabinets, drawers, and tabletops, we build bins and a container of all shapes and sizes as well as cut-to-size parts. We also specialize in manufacturing honeycomb or slat panels, scaffolding platforms, boat decks, and other similar items.
