Wood Contract Manufacturing & Fabrication

A long with point-to-point CNC routers and double end tenoners, our woodworking plant houses an array of specialized machinery including high-speed laminating presses as well as molding and edge banding equipment. For cut-to-size panels, we have computerized saws that make precise, chip-free cuts in wood, overlay materials, and composites such as melamine. We supply custom sized drawer side blanks with precision dovetails for slide in assembly, or if you prefer, we can form dado ends for staple assembly or drill holes for screws or dowels. In addition to plywood slave pallets in almost any size or thickness, we manufacture custom core plugs as large as 60.0” in diameter.

When your project involves panels with a particular thickness, dimension, surface and requires a custom layout of holes, notches, or grooves, we have the production resources to accommodate your specific needs. We supply panels as large as 50.0’ in length x 10.0’ in width x 18.0” in height, and in addition to custom fabrication, we can assemble your product or supply it kitted with screws, brackets, and other components.
